Confidential Client, North Carolina-Virginia. Greenfield Siting study for new mining operation. GIS-desktop study to determine the ideal location to site and permit a new mining operation in central Virginia and northern North Carolina in the Piedmont area. Four areas throughout the NC-VA were selected based upon specific siting criteria, rail, infrastructure, zoning, geologic conditions and explored in greater detail.
